Superior Sheds are the only sheds made in Florida that come with 180mph wind rating (hurricane winds) calculated by Florida Building Code.

4" x 4" Pressure Treated Skids, with 2" x 6" Pressure Treated floor joists, attached to the skids with 18 Gauge Simpson Hurricane Fastening System.

Our floor decks are 3/4" Pressure Treated Tongue & Groove Sturdi Floor, with a 20 year warranty.  They hold up to 75 pounds per square foot (optional upgrade of 125 lbs. per sq. foot with 16" centers).

We use 24" lap siding, with an aluminum-baked enamel finish that won't rust or fade in Florida's climate (20 year warranty).  This siding is easy to maintain and clean!

After leveling your shed on concrete blocking, we fasten 30" auger anchors under the shed using stainless steel eyebolts.  This ensures our 180mph wind rating.
